(Update #2) General Average Declared for M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON 095W

Dear Valued ONE Customer,

Further to our first Customer Advisory, informing about the fire incident onboard of the vessel
at the Port of Los Angeles, we would like to inform that General Average was declared by the
owners of the M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON.

In conjunction with the declaration of General Average, the Owners have appointed
Richards Hogg Lindley as Average Adjusters. The appointed Average Adjusters will be
responsible for coordinating the collection of General Average securities and
other relevant documentation.

The appointed Average Adjusters are a dedicated resource and solely authorized by
Owners to guide you through the process of providing the necessary General Average security
and documentation.

The contact details of the appointed Average Adjusters will be provided separately.
Subsequently, we kindly request that all cargo interests (or your insurance companies)
contact the appointed Average Adjusters directly to submit security and
other relevant documents. Kindly note that your cargo will not be released until the necessary
arrangements are made with the Average Adjusters.
