Compliance with Pre-Submission Regulations for Cargo Data (Manifest) Arriving at Saudi Arabian Seaports

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new PGS (Pakistan Gulf Service), designed to provide enhanced connectivity between Pakistan and the Middle East.

As announced by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), new service fees will be implemented as of October 14, 2025. These service fees will apply to maritime transport services provided by Chinese-owned/operated or Chinese-built vessels calling at U.S. ports. These service fees will increase incrementally over the next three years.
