Transatlantic 4 (AT 4) - Service Update

Ocean Network Express (“ONE”) is pleased to announce the start of the new West
Mediterranean - North America East Coast service AT4 replacing the current AL6 effective
from February 2025.

This new service will be operated in cooperation with CMA CGM (“CMA CGM”) , COSCO
Shipping Lines (“COSCO”) and Oriental Overseas Container Line (“OOCL”). This service
provides competitive and reliable transportation between the Mediterranean and North
America East Coast and offers comprehensive and unique coverage.

The port rotation for the new service is as follows:

AT4 (Transatlantic 4)
Algeciras - Salerno - La Spezia - Genoa - Vado Ligure - Valencia - Algeciras - New York -
Norfolk - Savannah - Miami – Algeciras

Service Commencement: Week 7, 2025 from Salerno (subject to regulatory clearance)
